1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of clickmagnetdigital.com (the “Site”) and any services offered by Clickmagnet Technologies (“Clickmagnet,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing the Site, submitting a form, booking a call, or engaging us for services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don’t agree with any part of them, please don’t use the Site.

Clickmagnet Technologies is a performance marketing and web development agency, with registered addresses in Gujarat, India (380015) and Chandigarh, India (160003), serving clients across India and internationally.

3. Our services

We provide performance marketing, paid search and paid social management, SEO, lead generation, ecommerce and web development, and related services (the “Services”), as described on this Site or agreed in a separate proposal or contract with you. Any specific scope, deliverables, pricing, and timelines for client engagements are set out in a separate service agreement or proposal, which takes precedence over this general Site content where the two differ.

4. Booking calls and scheduling

Where the Site offers the option to book a free audit call or a strategy call, these bookings are handled through Calendly. By booking a call, you agree to provide accurate information and to attend at the scheduled time, or to reschedule or cancel with reasonable notice. Booking a call does not, by itself, create a contract for paid services — that only happens once we’ve agreed scope and terms separately in writing.

5. Communicating with us

You may also reach us via the WhatsApp click-to-chat button on the Site. Messages sent this way are subject to WhatsApp’s own terms of service in addition to these Terms, and we aim to respond during our normal business hours.

6. Acceptable use

When using the Site, you agree not to: use it for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or any accounts; interfere with the Site’s normal operation (including through malware, scraping, or excessive automated requests); or misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting us.

Where you engage us for paid Services, fees, payment terms, and any refund or cancellation terms will be set out in a separate proposal, invoice, or service agreement. General enquiries, free audits, and initial strategy calls booked through this Site are provided at no charge unless otherwise stated.

9. Disclaimers

The Site and its content, including any case studies, results, or figures presented, are provided for general informational purposes. While the performance figures on our case studies pages reflect real, historical account data, past performance is not a guarantee of future results, and outcomes for your specific business will depend on many factors outside our control, including your market, budget, and competitive landscape. We may suspend or restrict your access to the Site at any time, without notice, if we reasonably believe you’ve violated these Terms. Termination of any paid service engagement is governed by the specific terms of your service agreement with us, not this general Site policy.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Chandigarh and Gujarat, India.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted here with a revised “Last updated” date, and your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
